Penn Joins Peers in Offering Grants to Low-Income Students

Following the lead of Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Princeton and others, the University of Pennsylvania announced its new policy of replacing loans with grants for low-income familieslinks. Students from households making less than $50,000 will thus graduate debt-free.
